Irfan Razack Prestige Group Looking for a 25% hike

During his recent interview with the press, Irfan Razack, CMD of Prestige Group emphasized his company's strong sales performance, their future launch plans, and expansion in Bangalore, and other cities.

The firm has confirmed its new launching projects in Delhi NCR at Indirapuram, Noida, and KG Marg. The venture has been at a standstill in the last few months due to the election and its few policies.

According to Irfan Razack, the firm has done Rs 21,000 plus crore of sales this year, out of which nearly 11,000 crore came from the projects in Bangalore. Hence, they have a lot of new launches for the city in the pipeline. These projects are in various stages, such as under planning, and waiting for approval stages.

They have already lined up about 60,000 crore worth of projects that will come in FY25. Apart from this, they also have 12,000 crore worth of inventory from other cities. The firm is looking forward to a total Gross Development Value of Rs 72,000 crore in FY25.

Regarding the Q4 performance, Irfan Razack says their operational productivity was very good. Their financial performance was always related to the way the accounting system is and they are happy about it.

Their PAT and margins are very robust, and it is Q-on-Q, which will keep changing. And they have got a lot to be booked and delivered. He believes the firm has done distinctly well, and the team has performed remarkably.

On account of sales, the CMD of Prestige Group reported that according to last year, Bangalore has given 56% of total sales, and the other cities have given them 44%. As they go, the firm except for equal returns. It is strong in Bangalore and needs to grow in the other cities.
