Prestige Group is a real estate developer in India that offers a variety of services. This Bangalore-based real estate firm was founded by Razack Sattar in 1986. It is now led by his family members Irfan Razack, Rezwan Razack, and Noaman Razack.

Prestige Group has completed over 300 and has 56 ongoing projects. They have built 150 housing, 125 commercial, and 13 retail projects. Their projects include Resorts, Business Hotels, Service Flats, and Convention Centers.

• 189 Keys at St.Regis, Aerocity New Delhi
• 590 Keys at Marriott Marquis, Aerocity New Delhi
• 176 Keys, at W, Bangalore

As per Prestige hospitality IPO, the firm plans to double its hospitality portfolio in the next 3-4 years. And it has a huge investment. It includes exploring new markets and expanding existing markets. It has signed a pact with Marriott for new brands.

The firm has 5 new launch hotels. It offers upto 756 keys in major cities of the nation. The hotels are

• 125 Keys at Moxy Hotels, Chennai
• 120 Keys at Marriott, Bangalore

As per Prestige Estates News today, the firm manages 1489 keys of assets across the country. It has 955 keys under construction and 765 keys waiting for launch. The segment possesses the capacity to generate revenue of 25,701 Million p.a., considering their share, which is around 20,339 Million.
