Prestige Group Sells ₹1300 Crore Worth Of Uber Luxury Residences In South Mumbai

Prestige Group is a Bangalore based real estate builder performing in all of India's major cities. It is one of the most sought-after developers in the nation. Prestige Ocean Towers in South Mumbai is one of its recent launches. It is the most luxurious Project, which includes a potential 4.62 lakh sq ft carpet area with an estimated high revenue of around ₹4,100 crores.

According to the company report, within the first three months of the prelaunch of the Project, they sold ₹1300 crore worth of luxury residences in South Mumbai. It is spread across a 2-acre plot and features 169 houses across two towers. It offers living space in 4 and 5 bhk layouts with views of the Arabian Sea and Queen's Necklace.

The township offers a multi-level podium with an infinity pool, lounge, and well-planned parking lots. It was designed by Norman Foster Architecture, Hafeez Contractor, and HBA London. As per the recent real estate news, Prestige Group has sold more than 70% of the pre-launched houses worth Rs 1,700 crore even before the official opening of the Project.

The CMD of Prestige Group announced that this township will be one of the most iconic luxury housing in the nation. He also thanked their buyer, investors, customers, and stakeholders for their support and trust. The prelaunch success has inspired them to launch the remaining inventory.

Apart from the Marine lines, the firm has expanded its footprint in Delhi-NCR. It has acquired 62.5 acres in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad, for launching its new housing project. It is expected to be completed in 2028 and will be branded "The Prestige City." It will span over 10 million sq ft of saleable area. It includes housing space, educational, and retail space, along with fun zones. It is expected to have a GDV of over ₹10,000 crores.
