Its first phase has opulent 3, 3.5, 4, and 5-BHK apartments. The 1368 homes here range from 2005 to 3700 square feet in size. They are in 18 majestic high-rise towers of 19 floors. The tower houses 117 flats in configuration 3 and 4 BHK. The SBA of the units lies between 1578 - 2732 sq. ft. The payment plan for the units is budget-friendly and starts at Rs 1.85 Cr and goes upto 3.25 Cr. It has received RERA approval, and its Reg No. is PR/140524/006872.
