13 Degree North Commercial is a grand retail and commercial hub located on New Airport Road, North Bangalore. It is also known as Forum 13° North, being developed by Prestige Group. The mall is spread over a large area of 0.94 million sq. ft. with a grand retail space. It features an office space, retail space, food courts, hotel, etc. Located in the prime area, it is one of the 25 malls. The group plans to open the mall by 2025.
